Skin Cancer Forum - Skin Cancer Question

I have a mole under my arm on breast tissue it has been flacky and itchy it changes colour from dark brown to light brown, several times it has become so itchy that the skin flakes and peels, It has grown from a small flat pea size to a large flat pea size and it is raised on the skin, there is no know skin cancer or any other cancer in my family, could this be cancer?
